Project:Kithsune

Kithsune is a store specializing in collectible products related to anime in El Salvador.

For this project, a custom design was requested that would stand out from the competition while also being easy and intuitive for users to navigate. To achieve this, the brand's colors and style were unified, generating strong contrasts through color choices and the use of angles, without detracting attention from the most important element: the product being promoted/showcased.

In addition to working on the conceptual part through mockups in Figma, both the frontend and backend were developed for this project, ensuring a unified experience for users. On the backend, NodeJS with Express and TypeScript was used, along with Prisma as an ORM for managing the PostgreSQL database. On the frontend, NextJS with TypeScript was used to achieve fast and clean navigation between the different sections of the catalog, as well as to implement advanced searches through a system of categories and tags.
